This project involved the addition of over 27,000 sf of a new student center and administrative office building renovations. After Emerson conducted an investigation of the site conditions, it was determined that utilizing an existing parking lot for the building location would reduce the amount of site preparation required. This solution not only resulted in cost savings, but also in a reduction in construction time.
