Motor Pool Complex Renovation

This project included renovation and upgrades to 13 motor pool buildings while they were unoccupied as a result of the Middle Eastern Conflict. The project included repair to the facilities, providing additional administration spaces, latrine areas, new doors/hardware, windows, paint, and upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Emerson served as the prime subcontractor and was responsible for all structural steel erection, concrete placement, and selective demolition as well as the management of all team members. This project received an "Above Average" CCASS report.
