Spanning over 40 acres, this project included a new 91,827sf training facility consisting of a Range Operations Center, After Action Review building, operations and storage building, and 28 replica training buildings. Supporting facilities include an information system, electric service and site improvements. Antiterrorism measures were included throughout. The buildings have tunnels that extend from the buildings basements underground connecting together at the street in a curb inlet box. The tunnels are constructed of 48 inch reinforced concrete storm drain pipe. Emerson served as the prime contractor and earned an "Outstanding" CCASS report on this project as well as completed with no lost time incidents
