This project involves the construction of 4,000 additional pre-cast concrete lawn crypts, replacing existing columbarium caps, installing headstone foundation support systems, re-grading an existing crypt field to be in accordance to National Cemetery Administration (NCA) standards, and adding topsoil and compost mixture to the existing burial fields. It also includes improvements to the scattering garden, reconstruction of the Memorial Walk and substituting pre-cast members for headstone support systems as well as site improvements such as storm drain inlets and piping, landscaping, and irrigation.
