Rhonda is a creative, quality-oriented professional with an unparalleled ability to motivate others. With over 20 years in the construction industry, she has extensive experience in coordinating and managing contracts of all sizes. As Senior Project Manager, Rhonda oversees day-to-day operations ensuring our company completes contracts on schedule and within budget, with special emphasis on quality control and safety. An Emerson employee since 2004, she has been responsible for running some of our most challenging and complex projects.
In addition, Rhonda serves as bid captain on solicitations, pursues new project opportunities, and is responsible for corporate storm water compliance. Rhonda has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M Central Texas (formerly Tarleton State University). She is an active leader both locally and nationally in NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) and received their National Executive Spotlight Award in 2018 for excellence and energy in both her career and NAWIC.
