Jeffrey is responsible for military and commercial cross functional project management, customer service, and operational experience. His strengths are in MILCON and commercial construction, understanding of engineering and architectural drawings. His projects show result-focused metrics by completing within strict timelines and remaining within or under budget. He holds strong qualifications in strategic planning and expert knowledge of construction subtrades.
Jeffrey’s training and certifications include 10 and 30-hour OSHA, Advanced Emergency Care, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Construction Quality Management for Contractors, American Concrete Institute, ACI Concrete Field Testing Tech – Grade I, Nucor QC of primary and secondary structure erection certification, Nucor metal building erection oversight and wall panel installation inspector, Nucor standing seam roof installation inspector and storm water environmental compliance alliance training.
