This project involved the remodel of an existing store to include the reconfiguration of the store layout, replacement of concrete receiving dock, repair to concrete foundation heaving throughout the store, refrigeration equipment and cases, new décor and painting, lighting and communication improvements, and ADA modifications. Emerson served as prime general contractor.
