Emerson Construction was awarded the AGC 2020 Outstanding Construction Award - Industrial/Warehouse Category 2 for the 1ACB and 1ABCT Supply Storage Activity Warehouses located at Ft. Hood, TX.  The two projects are identical structures consisting of a 20,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with insulated panels.  The buildings were partitioned into office space, warehouse space, restrooms, and a large high bay maintenance area.  Approximately one-third of the building is air conditioned with the remainder only being heated.  The project included site work, concrete paving, detention ponds, site utilities, fencing, PEMB, finishes, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.
